At Salon Launch, we are committed to delivering high-quality education, templates, and marketing tools that help independent beauty professionals succeed. We stand behind the value of our products and services, while also protecting the time, resources, and intellectual property that make them possible.

By purchasing from Salon Launch, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products (Courses, Templates, Downloads)

Due to the instant access and non-returnable nature of digital goods:

  • All sales are final once access is granted or the file is delivered.

  • Refunds are generally not issued except in cases of duplicate purchase or technical issues we cannot resolve.

  • Requests for exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

2. Services (Consulting, Coaching, Done-For-You Marketing)

Once a service booking is confirmed:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit toward future services.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled time may be forfeited unless rescheduling is agreed upon in writing.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Subscription Plans & Memberships

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

  • We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions.

  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but access will continue through the end of your paid period.

4. Quality Guarantee

If you believe a product or service does not meet the description or promised deliverables:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a clear explanation.

  • We may request proof of implementation before considering a refund or replacement.

5. Discretionary Refunds

Salon Launch reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.

  • Approvals will be documented in writing.

  • Any discretionary refunds may be issued as store credit, partial refund, or other agreed-upon resolution.

6. Unauthorized Use or Violation of Terms

If you violate our Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to sharing, reselling, or misusing our materials, your access may be revoked without refund.

7. No Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Salon Launch, you agree that:

  • You will not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for any reason covered under this policy.

  • Any attempt to circumvent our refund policy through a chargeback will be considered a breach of agreement and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and recovery of costs, including collection fees and attorney’s fees.

  • All disputes must be addressed directly with Salon Launch by following the procedures outlined in this policy.
