Texts from Salon Launch

Salon Launch texts the salon professionals we work with, when they ask us to. This page explains how that works.

Who receives texts

Only existing Salon Launch customers who have agreed in writing to receive them. We never text purchased or shared lists, and we never text anyone who hasn’t opted in.

How you opt in

We email our customers about their online presence. Our email includes this paragraph:

Prefer texting? Reply with your cell number, and I’ll use texts for quick questions, reminders, and links, keeping email for longer messages. By sharing your number, you agree to receive automated texts from Salon Launch (a few per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to switch back to email anytime. Texting is optional, and email will always remain available.

You opt in by replying to that email with your mobile number. We record the date you agreed and the wording you agreed to. Texting is never a condition of using our services.

What we text about

Questions about details for your profile (your hours, booking link or photos), answers to your questions about your listings, and client programs you can choose to join.

How often

A few texts a month. Message frequency varies.

Cost

Salon Launch doesn’t charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. We’ll confirm, and use email from then on.
Reply START to turn texts back on.
Reply HELP for help, or email hello@salonlaunch.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls to our text line

If you call our text number, you’ll reach voicemail. If you have opted in to texts, we reply by text; if you haven’t, we answer by email.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
