This policy explains what information Salon Launch LLC (“Salon Launch,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers salonlaunch.com and the services we provide to salon professionals.

Who we are

Salon Launch helps independent salon professionals build and maintain their online presence and connects them with new clients. You can reach us at hello@salonlaunch.com.

What we collect

From salon professionals who use our services

Contact details: your name, business name, email address and phone numbers.
Business details: your salon location, hours, services, booking link, website and social media profiles.
Photos of your work and other material you send us.
Your answers to our client match survey, and the date and version of any program terms you agree to.
Your messages to us by email or text.

From visitors to salonlaunch.com

Your email address, if you join our email list.
What you send us through our contact or registration forms.
Account and order details, if you buy a membership. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
Basic technical information, such as cookies and the pages you visit, that websites use to work properly.

How we use it

To provide our services: building and updating your profile and listings, and sending clients to your booking page.
To contact you about your account and your listings, by email and, if you have agreed, by text message.
To send our email newsletter, if you subscribed.
To keep our records accurate and improve our services.

What we publish

Business information and photos you give us for your profile appear on public pages, such as your profile page and the directories where you are listed. Ask us at any time to change or remove something and we will.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Salon Launch, such as the companies that host our websites, store our records, send our email and text messages, and process payments. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from Salon Launch, we use your mobile number only to send you those messages.

Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any newsletter, or by writing to hello@salonlaunch.com.
Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@salonlaunch.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you use our services and for as long as we need it for our records afterward. Voicemail recordings left on our text line are deleted after 90 days.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for salon professionals and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
